摘要由于 08 年爆发的金融危机，全球大部分产业都大受打击，而船市也因产能过剩问题的冲击而产生了动荡。代表干散货运输市场走势的波罗的海指数也在 08 年创下 新低，而这个指数现在也未能突破低迷。本文主要介绍了现今船舶行业所处的环境，介绍了多用途重吊船的船型与制造特 点，现代造船模式下的船舶建造工艺，施工要领，精度控制等。本文选取了位于货舱 底部的 222/232 分段来作为一个实例，主要讲述了这两个底部分段的结构特点，建造 流程和一些建造方面的工艺。主要运用了 Tribon，CAD，office 等软件去绘制图纸并 完成生产设计。81333

Abstract Most industries around the world were affected by the financial crisis in 2008，and ship industry were also affected by overcapacity 。Baltic Dry Index which could show the demand for shipping varies with the amount of cargo that is being traded or moved in various markets was hit record lows in 2008 ,The index haven't returned until now。
This article briefly introduces the general situation of Shipbuilding Industry, type of the Heavy lift ship and characteristics of manufacture and construction technology, main points of construction , High-accuracy Control in Modern Shipbuilding Mode。 This paper choose the 222 block and 232 block which were in bilge section to show structure characteristics , shipbuilding process and construction technology of these blocks。 I chose to use Tribon software ,CAD software and Office software to draft drawings and finish the production design。
