摘要本文介绍了基于 Pro/E 的笔记本底部外壳的注射模具设计，包括了制件测绘、 模具型腔的设计、模具浇注系统的设计、模具冷却系统的设计、模具脱模机构的 设计等，阐述了该塑料模具的设计过程。首先利用 Pro/E 对制件的外形进行了测 绘，并对制件的特征进行了分析考虑，接着确定了制作塑件的塑料及该塑料的特 征性能，然后用软件模具型腔部分设计了分型面、滑块和浇口，确定了模具的型 腔数和注射量，接着确定了注射机的型号，然后用 EMX 导入了模具模架，并分 别设计了模具的浇注系统、推出系统和冷却系统，最后利用软件导出模具的二维 工程图。80626
