摘要在如今的生活中，塑料制件所占的比例越来越大，所以塑料制件的优劣也直接影 响了我们的生活，而注射模具浇注系统设计的好坏又直接影响塑料制件的整体效率和 质量，因此对注射模具浇注系统设计及工艺进行探讨具有十分重要的意义。注射成型 的浇注系统主要有主流道、浇口、分流道、冷料穴，本文将对它们进行简单的理论说 明，从而了解它们对浇注系统有着怎么样的影响。对于近年来 CAE 技术的大力发展， 所以计算机技术对于如今的制造业有着极大的帮助，能及时找出加工成型过程中存在 的问题和缺陷，同时也利于对一些加工参数的确定，减少了许多不必要的重复工作和 实验，本文将对一车前大灯总成的塑料外壳的浇注系统进行分析和优化，使用 Moldflow 软件对外壳进行分析，得出适合的浇口位置，再对这些浇口位置进行筛选 和对比得到最优的浇口位置。80628

Abstract Today,the proportion of plastic parts is growing in our life。So the quality of plastic parts also directly affect our life。The design of injection mold gating system has a direct affect the efficiency and quality of the plastic parts。So it’s very important to study the design the injection mold gating system and the process parameters。The gating system of the injection molding is made up of the main  runner,branch  of  flow  channel,gate  and cool material cave。The paper will explain them in the theory,to understand how they affect the gating system。 For the development of CAE technology in recent years,the computer technology is of great help to today's manufacturing industry。It can find the problems and defect in the process of forming in time and determine some processing parameters,reducing the number of unnecessary repetitive work and  experiments。This paper will analysis and optimize of the gating system of the plastic shell of a car headlight assembly。We will get the suitable gate locations by the analysis of Moldflow,and get the best gate location by select and compare the gate locations。
