摘要随着工业的快速发展，缩管行业已越来越多的应用在各个领域，并且对其的要求也越来越高。本文旨在设计一种双工位的立式缩管机，其自动化程度高、效率高，且适合于快速精确地加工各种管端复杂形状。在本文中讨论了金属材料塑形成型的原理、金属塑形变形的过程、金属的冷变形热变形以及如何提高金属材料的塑形。同时，对缩管机的液压系统进行了详细设计，包括：液压系统的总体方案、缩管过程液压系统设计、夹紧过程液压系统设计、换模过程液压系统设计，以及对总的液压系统进行了总结。对模具的整体方案进行了设计，对夹紧模：上夹模、下夹模和缩管模：一工位缩管模、二工位缩管模分别进行了设计。81985

Abstract With the rapid development of industry, shrink tube industry has been more and more applications in various fields, and its requirements are also getting higher and higher。

     The purpose of this paper is to design a vertical tube shrinking machine with a high degree of automation and high efficiency, and it is suitable for fast and accurate processing of complex shape。The principle of shaping and forming of metal materials are discussed in this paper, metal plastic deformation process, cold metal deformation thermal deformation and how to improve the shaping of metal materials。At the same time, the necking machine hydraulic system is designed in detail, including: the overall scheme of the hydraulic system, pipe shrinkage process of the hydraulic system design, clamping hydraulic system design, die change process of the hydraulic system design, and the total hydraulic system are summarized。The overall plan of the mold is designed, the clamping die: on the clamping die, under the clamping and contraction of the tube die: a die, the two station shrinkage die were designed。
