摘要变压器铁芯作为变压器的核心部分,它的质量直接影响到变压器的技术性能、 经济指标和运行的安全可靠,因此它的制造技术改良和质量十分重要。但由于硅钢 片叠装工艺的特殊性,目前变压器铁芯主要通过手工叠装这一现状以及生产率低下, 质量参差不,工作强度大,人工叠片容易发生重片、缺片,成本问题,设计了一套 变压器硅钢片自动叠片装配生产线。对自动叠片机的框架结构,三维运动机构的模 式、步进电机驱动送料提升装置、真空吸盘吸取硅钢片、自动拆箱等方面进行研究 设计。通过 PLC 对整个叠片过程进行控制,通过传感器对工件是否就位进行识别, 通过气缸控制气压马达的旋转,控制真空吸盘的旋转和伸缩运动。通过步进电机控 制供料台 XY 轴向运动,实现将硅钢片送至真空吸盘正下方。通过 PLC 控制吸盘吸取 次数进行控制叠片数量。自动叠片机的发明,将会解决手工叠装生产率低下,质量 参差不齐,叠装缺片,重片的问题,大大降低了企业成本。82125
