本文设计的是电脑电池盒塑料件卡扣。该卡扣的功能是将电池盒盖与电脑本体相结 合,要使装配后的电池与电脑之间无相对运动。设计前,选择合适卡扣材料,本文根据 卡扣的功能选择尼龙 66。根据卡扣设计相关手册,首先对卡扣的偏斜件进行设计,使 其宽度、厚度和长度满足规则,然后对卡扣的保持件进行设计,主要包括卡扣的插入面 角度、保持面角度和保持面深度,最后依据电池壳基体和卡扣的尺寸对与其配合的盒盖 进行设计,确保最终的精度和要求。

卡扣设计完成后,从卡扣根部应力集中校核、壁面挠度校核、插入面和保持面的有 效角度等方面进行了系统的校核,并利用 ANSYS 有限元分析软件对装配过程卡扣的强 度进行了分析。修正了之前的各参数设计,梁的宽度为 4。5mm、梁的厚度为 1。8mm、梁 的长度为 9。0mm、插入面角度为 30°、保持面角度为 95°。

In this paper, the design is plastic snap of computer battery box。 The snap is applied combination of the battery and the computer, and make it no relative motion between the battery and the computer after assembly。 Before design, we should select the material for the snap, the material chosen in this paper is nylon66。According to the relevant information about snap design。 First of all, design of the deviation of the buckle, to make its width, thickness and length satisfy the rules, then design the holding part of the buckle, mainly including the angle of the insertion surface, the angle of the retaining surface and the depth of the retaining surface of the buckle。 Finally, according to the size of the battery shell and the clip, to design of its assembly parts, ensure that the final accuracy and requirements。

After the buckle design is completed, systematic check to buckle from root stress connection, wall deflection, the effective angle of the insert surface and the retaining surface, and make use of the finite analysis of ANSYS to analysis strength of the buckle during the assembly process。 Correcting the previous data, and the final data are that width of beam
