摘要随着电子、汽车及航天航空等行业的日益发展,钣金件材料利用率高、重量轻、设计 操作方便等优点使钣金件广泛应用于各个行业,钣金制品在生活中随处可见。因此模具工 业也逐渐成为评判一个国家工业发展的重要指标。针对模具工业的不断壮大,Pro/e、UG、 CATIA 、SolidWorks 等三维制图软件也不断更新完善,功能更为齐全,使用更为方便。三 维制图软件使整个设计过程形象直观,各零件能够随意拆卸组装,并保留中间过程以便优 化设计模具,对推进模具工业发展起到关键作用。在本次设计中,将零件实体测量,并利 用 UG 三维制图软件绘制零件图、展开图。通过对零件的结构及工艺性分析,在众多模具 种类中选取多工位级进模。再通过级进模工序设计原则和零件实际所需加工顺序设计排样 图。计算其冲裁力、弯曲力、胀型力,确定模具压力中心,并计算各凸、凹模刃口尺寸。 设计级进模卸料装置、定位装置及导向装置。选择合适材料的模具零件,设计其尺寸,配 合方式,所采用的加工方式。选择压力机和送料装置。最后绘制各零件三维图、装配图。 完成本次毕业设计。83520
