摘要在汽车普及的今天,存在着大量的废旧轮胎,这既是资源的浪费也是对环境的破 坏。对废轮胎的处理方式主要是焚烧,翻新以及热解,其中热解是相对高效的处理方 法。因为热解能够便利地处理并利用好废轮胎这一资源,所以对热解装置的给料系统 进行设计有重要的意义。83981
本文是在破碎理论以及输送原理的基础上,设计了废轮胎热解装置给料系统。先 将废轮胎破碎过程理想化,然后通过公式计算确定了轮胎破碎机的主要结构参数和工 作参数。接着对输送机进行设计和计算,完成对输送机的滚筒、输送带等部件的选型 与确定。然后运用 CAD 软件绘制了带式输送机和双齿辊图纸,运用 Pro/E 软件对破 碎机的辊子进行简单的三维建模。最后运用 ANSYS 软件对辊子进行机械负荷的有限 元分析。
通过对破碎机辊子分析可得,辊子的机械强度满足要求。在破碎机辊子两端位置 采取高强度的材料可以提高破碎机的使用寿命。选择表面摩擦系数大的输送机皮带可 以增大输送机的输送量。

Abstract In the popularity of the car today, there is a large number of waste tires, which is a waste of resources and environmental damage。In the past,The way to deal with the waste tires is mainly to burn, renovate and pyrolysis, in which Pyrolysis is a relatively efficient way to deal with it。Pyrolysis can be easily treated and used as a resource for waste tires。So the design of feeding system of the pyrolysis device is of great significance。
In this paper, based on the theory of crushing, the feeding system of waste tire pyrolysis device is designed。First, the crushing process of waste tire is idealized, then the main structure parameters and working parameters of the waste tire crusher are calculated and determined by the formula。Then the conveyor is designed and calculated to complete the selection and determination of the roller and conveyor belt and other parts 。Then using CAD software draw the belt conveyor and the double-geared roller crusher, and using Pro/E software to establish simple 3D modeling of the roller of crusher。Finally using ANSYS software dissected mechanical load of the roller and checking the mechanical strength and the stress change of the roller。
Based on the analysis of the roller roller crusher, the mechanical strength meet the requirements。Taking the high strength materials at the two ends of the roller crusher position can improve the service life of the crusher。Selecting the friction coefficient of large conveyor belt can increase the throughput。
