摘要相较于西方国家，我国的现金股利政策存在诸多不足。影响着我国证券市场的健康发展。因此，研究现金股利具有重要的意义。本文概述了中西方股利理论，在统计了我国A股上市公司1990年至2015年现金股利发放水平的基础上，分析了我国上市公司现金股利支付水平的的特性及成因，并提出了完善现金股利分配政策的建议。86453

The Study About pidend policy of listed company

Abstract Compared with western companies, the pidend policy of our country’s listed companies have some drawbacks。 And these problems will harm our stock market。 Thus, this study would make a difference。 It described the western and eastern pidend theories in detail。 Then it intimately analysed the characteristics and the reasons of cash pidend of listed companies of our country through tough statistic analysis of pidend policies of A-share companies listed in our country from 1990 to 2015。In addition,some measures which would improve the situations of cash distribution of listed companies were also discussed。
