摘要在知识经济主导的21世纪，日新月异的市场变化对现代企业的管理带来了巨大的冲击,尤其是大型集团化企业，管理更是显得纷繁复杂。本文以华润集团运用管理会计来提高集团整体效益为例，阐述了多元化经营下企业在管理上所面临的问题以及以何种方式突破它们对企业经营所造成的不利影响。华润集团管理会计体系以业务战略单元为核心，辅以全面预算体系、业绩评价体系等，达到提升效益的目的。通过综合运用平衡计分卡、全面预算、价值链分析等管理会计工具，既明确了集团战略实施的具体步骤，又规范了企业的日常管理流程，加强了内部监控。通过对华润集团管理会计体系的认知了解能进一步窥探出我国企业对管理会计运用的现状。86663

Application Research of Management Accounting in Modern Enterprise A Case Study of China Resources Group
Abstract In the knowledge economy of the 21st century, rapid changes in the market for modern enterprise management has brought enormous impact, especially large group of enterprises, management is to appear more complicated。 In this paper, China Resources Group, the use of management accounting to improve the Group's overall effectiveness as an example to explain the problem under the persification in the management of enterprises faced and the way in which they break the adverse effects on the business caused。 China Resources Group's management accounting system to strategic business units as the core, supplemented by a comprehensive budget system, performance evaluation system, to enhance benefits。 Through a combination of the overall budget, balanced scorecard, value chain analysis, management accounting tool, not only clear the specific steps to implement the Group's strategy, but also regulate the daily management of business processes and strengthen internal controls。 Through cognitive understanding of the China Resources Group Management Accounting System to further pry out the status of Chinese enterprises on the use of management accounting。
