苏州汉丰新材料股份有限公司融资问题研究摘 要：近年来我国出台了大量政策来推动环保新材料产业的发展，包括苏州汉丰新材料股份有限公 司在内的大量新材料企业迎来了发展的春天。然而，企业由于诸多方面的因素，发展面临着融资问题的 制约。本文首先对中小型新材料企业的融资现状进行理论上的分析，接着通过对汉丰公司财务数据的分 析，采用规范的调查分析方式，从企业自身、金融机构及其他方面出发，对企业融资问题进行深入剖析。 分析发现企业融资问题主要存在于内在和外在两个方面：内在问题主要包括企业经济效益低、风险高， 企业融资渠道单一、狭窄；外在原因主要是金融机构融资不符合企业特点，并且因为政府政策不完善， 所以缺乏政策资金的支持。最后重点从苏州汉丰公司自身角度探讨了解决企业融资的对策，提出了投贷 联动、融资租赁等创新型的解决方法。85904

Abstract ：In recent years, a large number of policies to promote the development of environmentally friendly material industry has been promulgated。 Lots of new material enterprises have ushered in the spring of their development, including Suzhou Hanfeng New Materials CO。LTD。。 However, due to many factors, their development are facing financing problems。 This paper, first of all,    will conduct a theoretical analysis on  the

financing status of small and medium sized new material enterprises, followed by an analysis on the financial data of Hanfeng in the way of normative investigation。 Also, the author will analyze deep into the financial problems of SMEs from the perspective of enterprises themselves, banking institution and some other aspects。 It is discovered that there are two main factors that influence the financing problem: internal problems mainly include that the enterprise economic benefit is low with high risk and single, narrow financing channels; Externally, financing of financial institutions does not conform to the enterprises’ characteristics, and for the government's policy is imperfect, there exists a lack of policy support。The paper will focus on discussing a solution to the financing of enterprises from where Hanfeng stands and put forward some innovative methods  such as investment loan linkage and financing  lease。
