摘要：全面预算管理在苏北地区的餐饮企业的管理中，对于改善企业经营的管理具有重要意义。全面预算管理是企业管理的主要方面，是现代企业的一种新型管理模式。本文联系各餐饮企业的实际经营状况，对企业日常管理实施全面预算管理。企业要施行全面预算和日常管理，就要充分领会全面预算管理的基本内容和功能，需要深入了解现有的企业全面预算管理存在的不足，然后提出具体可以使用的全面预算管理的方案，用以增加企业经营的收入，提升企业经营管理水平。除了企业要实施好全面预算管理，在其他方面，本文对于苏北餐饮企业的盈利状况做出了创新研究与讨论。85912

餐饮企业是对餐馆、饭店、酒楼、茶楼的总称。餐饮业日渐成为现代服务业的重要构成部分，它是关系民生的重要产业之一。加快苏北餐饮业务的发展对于内需的扩大、公共服务体系的完善、市场的繁荣、就业率的增长、人民群众生活质量水平的提高以及推动商贸流通业、旅游业和居民服务业等相关行业的快速发展具有十分重要的意义。2012年以来江苏省餐饮行业在社会需求旺盛和江苏经济又好又快发展的大环境下继续保持稳步增长、持续繁荣的惊人局面。据《2010年江苏统计年鉴》统计资料显示，2009年全省住宿与餐饮业零售总额达到1485。3亿元，在全国仅次于广东和山东，位居第三位，2010年全省住宿与餐饮业零售总额有望达到1770亿元。今年以来，得到高度重视和更多政策支持的餐饮业，为了更好的发展，随着行业食品安全水平的不断提高，各级行业协会的作用明显提高，餐饮行业的结构不断优化，热门餐厅获得更大的发展空间，江苏餐饮业的模式变化渐渐从传统服务业转向现代餐饮业。然而同在一个江苏省，南方与北方的差距还是十分明显的，大到经济实力方面不处在同一层次，小到餐饮企业的盈利状况都存在明显的差距，在此，我希望从企业的全面预算管理对苏北餐饮业进行深入的研究，以此来提高苏北餐饮企业的竞争力。 苏北餐饮企业全面预算管理的创新研究:http://www.youerw.com/kuaiji/lunwen_197658.html
