摘 要：现金流量表是企业财务报表必不可少的一部分，通过对无锡华光汽车部件集团现金流量表的详细探究和深入了解，可以更为完整地了解并全面地掌握集团的运营状况和财务状况，及时发现问题隐患并调整财务预算和运营方针。本文在简单阐述现金流量表的作用之后，对现金流量相关的财务指标进行简单介绍和选择性罗列分析，并对无锡华光汽车部件集团的现金流量进行了内部趋势分析和外部行业分析，最后通过横纵向比较分析了集团的现金流量情况和实际管理情况，得出集团现金流量表的分析结论，并为集团企业提出相关现金流量管理方面的可行性建议, 以积极有效控制财务风险，实现企业价值最大化。85911

Abstract：The cash flow statement is an indispensable part of the corporate financial statements。 It is possible to understand and comprehensively grasp the operation status and financial status of the Group, find out the hidden problems, adjust the financial budget and operation policy in a timely manner, through the detailed inquiry and in-depth understanding of the cash flow statement of WUXI HUAGUANG Auto Parts Group。 After briefly explaining the role of the cash flow statement, this paper gives a brief introduction and selective analysis of the financial indicators related to cash flow, and analyzes the internal trend and external industry of the cash flow of WUXI HUAGUANG Auto Parts Group。 Finally, this paper analyzes the cash flow situation and the actual management situation of the group through horizontal and vertical comparison, draws the analytic conclusion of the cash flow statement of the group。 This paper also puts forward a few feasible suggestions on the cash flow management of the group, to actively and effectively control the financial risk, maximizing company value。
