摘要：当今社会企业并购越来越频繁，企业并购不但可以调整产业结构，还可以合理配置资源，从另一个角度看，企业想要在市场经济条件下存活下来并有所发展，并购是必由之路；同样，国有企业想要变迁企业产权制度，并购是一个很好的选择。并购推动各国经济发展，并购浪潮在我国也日益活跃，在经济中的影响与日俱增，由此看来，对企业并购效应进行研究，将对指导我国企业并购发展有重要的意义。本文在研究了企业并购的定义和其动因的基础上，通过透视兖州煤业案例来研究企业并购效应。90530
