建筑施工企业成本控制问题研究常熟碧桂园为例摘 要：在过去的十年中，中国的社会经济发展迅速，建筑施工企业数量不断增加，而随着企业管理体制的不断完善，中国的建筑市场也越来越成熟，竞争也越激烈。施工企业要想在市场中站稳脚跟，实现自身的可持续发展，就必须进行各种工程招投标，直接影响到企业的经济利益，甚至威胁自己的生存和发展。本文着重研究了提高施工类企业财务管理与成本管理创新性的重要性，以及该类企业在进行财务管理和成本控制过程中将会遇到的各种问题问题，为提高财务成本控制管理创新提供依据。90554
