摘 要：一个企业的营运资金是否能维持良好的管理与正常的运转是企业是否能生存、是否可以快速发展的前提。企业财务管理中营运资金管理占有十分重要的地位，企业价值的实现主要取决于营运资金的管理。本文主要通过对浙江正泰电器股份有限公司营运资金的指标数据分析了制造业企业营运资金管理的现状，针对其运营效率低下、资金管理制度缺乏、资金运转不流畅以及管理意识淡薄等资金运营的问题，提出相应的改进措施，使制造业企业营运资金的管理更加的健全完善，确保制造业企业营运资金的合理运转，实现制造业企业正常运营。90669
