摘 要：我国中小型企业的数量近年来随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展，呈现出逐年增长的趋势，中小型企业已成为国民经济和社会发展的重要力量，虽然中小企业的成长不断加快，但融资困难的现象一直阻碍着中小企业的发展。本文通过介绍新兴的P2B网络融资模式的概念、特点以及运营流程，还有在我国中小企业融资难的现状基础上，对不同融资平台的平均利率、平台流量和满标时间进行比较分析，以此来研究P2B平台的基本情况、融资成本和融资速度，得出相关选择P2B网络融资平台的策略建议。为了更好地利用P2B网络融资的优势与机会，尽量的规避劣势与威胁，本文对P2B网络融资模式存在的网络安全风险、流动性风险以及担保风险这三方面进行分析，并针对P2B网路融资模式存在的风险提出积极有效的解决对策。90668
