无锡威孚高科技有限公司资本结构优化的研究

摘要：对于一个企业来说，企业资本结构和发展前景密不可分。本文首先简单的说明了什么是资本结构及其内涵和目的，又说明了资本结构相关的理论概念，我们一般来说的资本结构其实是一种比例关系也就是企业中债务资本比上权益资本的关系，对于企业来说，合理的资本结构对于企业价值最大化尤为重要。本文以无锡威孚高科技有限公司为例，从企业目前的实际情况着手，从不同角度，分析了当前威孚高科资本结构发现存在着过低的资产负债率，负债结构畸形，融资工具不够多样及营运资本不足问题。最后针对上述这些于企业资本结构存在的问题给出优化结构的方案。93030
