生态文明建设背景下无锡市政府环境审计研究以太湖流域水污染为例

摘要：近年来随着粗放经济的高速发展，各地的生态环境受到了严重威胁，造成了诸如资源缺乏、环境污染等问题，对人们的生活和工作造成严重影响，政府也把生态建设提上日程。本文侧重研究如何发挥政府环境审计的职能来解决环境问题，从以下五个方面提出了加强无锡市政府环境审计的建议：建设规范的制度体系、拓宽审计内容、提高社会影响力、加强人才队伍建设、完善环境绩效审计。93031

Abstract：In recent years, with the rapid development of extensive economy, the ecological environment around the threaten seriously, causes such as lack of resources, environmental pollution and other issues, a serious impact on people's life and work, the government also put on the agenda of ecological construction。 This paper focuses on how to play the government environmental audit functions to solve environmental problems, from the following five aspects to strengthen the Wuxi municipal government environmental audit recommendations: system, construction norms broaden the audit content, enhance social influence, strengthen the construction of talent team, improve the environmental performance audit。
