欧菲光公司运用财务杠杆分析案例

摘要：现今的经济环境下，中小企业也渐渐在经济主体中占有重要的比重。但是中小企业想要提高收益，一方面受限于中小企业其本身的特点如规模小、资金薄弱等，所以从发展扩张的角度来说还是比较困难的，另一方面企业又可以通过负债融资的方式积极的发挥财务杠杆效应带来更多的效益，从而更进一步的实现企业价值的最大化。本文中就财务杠杆的原理、效应及影响等方面加以说明，再从中小企业的特点出发同时结合财务杠杆在中小企业的应用现状，以此提出几点针对性建议。本文基于研究影响财务杠杆效主要因素，并结合它在中小企业的应用现状分析，分析在中小企业中怎样以财务杠杆为基本前提，从而让它发挥积极的作用来提高企业权益效益。74753

Abstract:With the current economic environment, SMEs gradually occupies an important share in the economic body。 However, SMEs want to increase revenue, on the one hand is limited by its own perties, such as small scale, weak funding, so from the perspective of growth and expansion is quite difficult, on the other hand companies also through debt financing way to play an active financial leverage to bring more efficiency, thereby further maximize enterprise value。 Herein will be described on aspects such as the principle of financial leverage and its effects and influence, from the characteristics of SMEs departure combined with the application of financial leverage in the current situation of SMEs, in order to make a few specific recommendations。 Based on the analysis of the main factors of financial leverage effect in its application status of SMEs analysis, analysis of how to use it to play a positive effect on financial leverage to improve their efficiency in SMEs。
