Abstract With the rapid development of China's socialist market economy, economic and scientific progress, financial management of enterprise has improvedcontinuously, the degree of risk of financial is becoming more and more deeper。While globalization continues improving ， previous financial instruments have been unable to meet the need of business nowdays,and the financial market environment has become increasingly complex，that determines the companies must make full use of derivative financial instruments to optimize the management of financial risk。 Therefore, derivative financial instruments have got effective innovation and development which applies it to the actual financial management promoting its stability and long-term development。 This combines the risk management theory and the use of derivatives in financial management。
