摘要随着国内外各种财务舞弊案件的曝光，各国学者对导致会计信息严重失真的盈余管理行为展开了深入研究和思考。但是，目前针对财务总监的特征对盈余管理的影响鲜有研究。本文选取了52家沪深两市A股上市公司为研究样本，在结合CFO制度现状与财务重述的动机的基础上，选用财务重述作为盈余管理的衡量指标，通过分析盈余管理公司中财务总监的特征（包括性别、年龄、学历等）因素的分布，对财务总监特征与盈余管理之间的关系展开研究，并在对实证结果分析的基础上，结合我国实际情况，从财务总监特征这一角度提出了防范盈余管理行为的建议。86812

Characteristics of CFO and Earnings Management

- Based on the perspective of financial restatements

Abstract With the exposure of various domestic and international financial fraud cases, scholars from various countries gives in-depth study and reflection on the earnings management which have caused serious distortion of accounting information。 But for the present, few people do research on the earnings management from the perspective of characteristics of CFO。 On the basis of CFO System and motivation of financial restatements, this paper selects 52 companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets as samples and chooses financial restatements as a measure of earnings management。 At the same time, this thesis does some research on the relationship of earnings management and characteristics of CFO through the analysis of CFO feature (including gender, age, education, etc。) in the earnings management company。 On this foundation, this paper combined with China's actual situation to put forward to some strategies in aim to prevent earnings management。
