摘要企业财务管理目标是企业财务管理的一个基本理论问题，是企业理财活动所希望实现的结果，同时又是评价企业理财活动是否合理的基本标准，不同的财务管理目标会产生不同的财务管理运行机制，因此，科学的确定财务管理目标对于完善企业财务管理理论和优化企业财务管理行为，实现财务管理系统的良性循环具有重大意义。文章立足于现代企业，对以下几个方面进行了研究：首先，对财务管理目标的几种主流观点进行了简单的阐述，然后，对上述财务管理目标在实施过程中存在的问题以及如何解决这些问题提出了自己的一些见解，最后，针对不同类型的企业应该采取哪些财务管理目标进行了相应的研究。81718

The theory of modern enterprise’s financial management objective
Abstract Enterprise’s finance management is a basic theory issue of enterprise’s finance management, it is a result expected to actualize enterprise’s economy activity, it is also an essence criterion in evaluating the reasonableness of enterprises’ economy activity, different finance management objective will produce varied finance management moving mechanism ,thus, ensuring reasonable finance management objective is of great importance in consummating enterprises’ finance management theory, optimizing enterprises’ finance management action, actualizing benign circulation of finance management system。 The article based on the modern enterprise, researched in the following aspects: First, I described several mainstream views of the financial management objective, then I researched in the existing problems about the above views and made some suggestions on how to solve these problems, finally, about what kind of enterprise should set what kind of financial management objective, I also did some research。
