摘要近年来,随着人口的不断增长,陆地资源消耗过快,国家开始重视对这些丰富海洋资源的开发。目前我国对海洋资源的探测开发已逐步走向深海领域,为了方便对深海领域资源的探测,许多学者进行了水下探测系统的研究开发。在现实中对深海的探测以及海底物体船只的打捞工作都需要用到绞车,水下探测系统主要依靠机器人探测器进行水下作业,以实现水下探测系统的自动化,这样大大提高了水下检测的效率,具有重要的现实意义。84387 绞车一般用于深海起重领域,主要由牵引绞车,储缆绞车,电复合缆、连接器、绞车、电机等部件组成,其中,储缆绞车与排缆绞车联系最为密切。机器人探测器在深海操作或执行任务期间均离不开绞车的收放,绞车要随时进行光电复合缆的收放以确保潜水器在水下不会因绞车收放系统的拖拉而影响工程进度。与此同时,在进行收放作业时我们要确保放出的缆绳不会因松弛问题而与海水中物体发生缠绕,从而使昂贵的光电复合缆发生损伤甚至断裂。 为了减少工作时对光电复合缆的损伤,尤其在潜水器机器人与船同步航行作业时,确保缆绳不会因为外力的影响偏离原始位置,导致缆绳发生乱绳,从而对内层缆绳产生勒伤,我们对传统的储缆绞车进行了改进,在原有储缆滚筒的基础上设计了“篱笆式”的绳槽结构。其结构特征为直绳槽截面加上拐点,它有效地克服了缆绳缠绕在卷筒上在多层缠绕后乱绳的缺点,是缆绳在任何情况下工作都能保证整齐排列,这样最大限度的保证了缆绳的安全使用,也就延长了复合缆的使用时长。 毕业论文关键词: 储缆绞车;滚筒;绳槽; Abstract In recent years, with the increasing of population, land resource consumption too fast, rich countries started to pay much attention to the development of Marine resources。 The detection of the Marine resources development in China has gradually to the deep sea areas, for the convenience of the detection of deep sea area resources, many scholars have studied the underwater detection system development。 Underwater detection system mainly rely on robotic probe for underwater operation, to realize the automation of underwater detection system, which greatly improved the efficiency of the underwater detection, has important practical significance。 Winch is commonly used in deep sea homework, primarily by towing winch, mooring winch storage, electricity composite cables, connectors, winch, motor parts, such as robotic probe during the operation or perform tasks in the deep sea are inseparable from the winch, release winch to carry out photoelectric composite rope at any time and to ensure that the submersible underwater by winch and the drag system and affect the construction schedule。 At the same time, we want to make sure that when setting down operations out of the cable will not against objects in the water by loose problem occur, making expensive photoelectric composite cable damage occurred。 In order to reduce the damage of photoelectric composite cables, and the submersible robot and sailing ship synchronous operations, to ensure that the cable will not because of the effect of external force deviating from the original location, lead to le wound on the inner cable, our storage of traditional winch is improved, on the basis of the original store cable drum "fence" rope groove structure was designed。 Its structural characteristics of straight line slot section plus a turning point, it effectively overcomes the rope winding after multiple wraps on the drum line faults, the maximum guarantee the safety of the cable to use, extend the use of the composite cable length。 Keywords: storage winch; drum; rope groove 目 录 (责任编辑:qin) |
