摘要:伴随着城市人口的加剧、经济的迅猛发展和居民生活水平的持续的提高,城市生活制造出的垃圾量逐年迅速上升。因此,对垃圾进行焚烧处理可以实现垃圾的无害化、减量化和资源化三大目标,这代表着今后处理大量城市生活垃圾的发展方向。23440
本论文主要设计为生活垃圾焚烧炉。主要包括:进料系统、焚烧炉、烟气系统、除尘系统等。其中焚烧炉主要选用的是流化床焚烧炉,其主要优点有处理废弃物种类适应性强、烟气排放性能好、焚烧效率高等,对焚烧炉炉膛高度、深度及直径进行了设计计算。
      本毕业论文不仅设计了焚烧炉的结构还对焚烧炉进行优化设计,充分利用了流化床焚烧炉的优点——燃烧彻底、能够抑制垃圾焚烧过程中产生有害气体、操作简单、运行稳定。

The Design of the Garbage Incineration Furnace
Abstract: With the urban population growth, economic development and continuous improvement of living standards, the amount of garbage generated rapid growth year after year. Therefore, incineration of garbage can be taken harmless waste, reduction of the three goals and resources, represent a large number of municipal solid waste treatment in the future development trend.
Solid waste incineration systems were designed in the paper, waste incineration system includeed: feed system, incinerator system, flue gas system, dust removal system. Burning furnace system in which the choices were the main fluidized bed incinerator, the main advantage of adaptability in dealed with the waste type, flue gas emissions performance, burning efficiency, and the incinerator furnace height, depth and diameter of the design calculation.
This paper not only for the incineration system were studied, but also for the structure of the incinerator were optimized, the use of a fluidized bed incinerator burnned completely, can effectively control the process of waste incineration produces harmful gases, simple, stable and so on.
