Pro/ES195柴油机虚拟结构仿真教学设计拆装教学

摘要柴油机是以柴油为燃料,同时利用气缸内的空气被压缩时产生的高压高温点燃被 喷入气缸的柴油,然后膨胀做功的内燃机。柴油机的这个工作特点让它有着很高的热 效率,可以达到 55%上下。因为柴油机热效率高的特点,工程机械界对柴油机的使用 非常广泛。尤其是用作发动机作用时,柴油机已经占有了十分大的比重。柴油机的质 量不仅要由设计的方法,使用的材料和制造工艺决定,还由更重要的装配和安装水准 决定,这些都直接对柴油机的可靠性以及经济性产生影响。因此,柴油机的机座位置 的确定和安装;机体、气缸、缸盖及螺栓位置的布置和安装;固定件各自相对位置的 确定等部分内容均很重要,都是必不可少的内容。所以对柴油机进行拆装并对其有所 了解和熟悉就成了一个行之有效的方法。然而除了实地实机的拆装来了解和掌握这些 过程外,也可以利用计算机虚拟技术对柴油机的进行拆装模拟,借助计算机软件获得 实物替代件,还可以进行实时的人机交替操作。使用 Pro/E 软件中的三维建模功能, 可以根据 S195 型柴油机的结构组成,以及柴油机主要零部件的尺寸,创建三维模型。 模型建成后,通过 Pro/E 进行干涉检查,确保零部件尺寸的准确装配关系的合理正确。 本文中只包含了 S195 柴油机的部分零部件三维图,其余零件图由同组成员徐礼康完 成。除此以外,本文还包含有一段可用于微课教学的对 S195 柴油机的实机的拆装视 频。85061

AbstractDiesel engine using diesel as fuel, when the air in the cylinder is compressed, the high pressure and high temperature igniting the diesel oil injected into the cylinder。Then the expansion works for the diesel engine。This feature makes the diesel engine has the highest thermal efficiency in this field ,it has up to about 55 percent。Because of the high thermal efficiency of the diesel engine,the diesel engine is widely used in the engineering field。Especially in engines,diesel engine has played an important role。Not only to the quality of the diesel engine,materials and manufacturing processes is determined by the design method used also by the more important assembly and installation standards, these have direct impact on the reliability and economy of the diesel engine。。So, the installation location of the diesel engine;mounting of frame, cylinder block and through  bolt;the middle part of the fixed parts of each other is very important。They are the essential parts of a good engine。So it has become an effective way to disassemble and assemble the diesel engine and to understand and become familiar with it。However, in addition to the actual machine to understand and master the whole process of the process, we can also use the virtual reality technology to build a virtual disassembly of the diesel engine,with the aid of the computer to generate a realistic physical substitute, and we can add real-time human-computer interaction operation。Using the three-dimensional modeling function of Pro/E software,according to the structural characteristics of the S195 diesel engine, and the plane parts chart to calculate the size of the main parts of the diesel engine block,we can establish a three-dimensional model。After that,The software Pro/E is used for interference checking。The correctness of the relationship between the dimensions and assembly of parts and components。In this paper, there is only part of the S195 diesel engine’s 3D figures。The other parts are completed by the same team member Xu Likang。At the same time, this paper also contains a section of the S195 diesel engine can be used for micro teaching of the real machine disassembly video。
