有色金属材料真空冶金条件下的模具工装设计+CAD图纸

摘要真空冶金是现代工业生产中广泛采用的生产技术,是金属冶炼,尤其是有色金属冶炼的主要冶炼技术。在科学研究过程中,同一个真空冶金设备往往要冶炼各种成分不同的金属,这就使得在冶炼过程中真空炉的炉衬、工装模具产生交叉污染,导致组织、成分的偏差,影响实验结果。为了方便各位老师能够顺利完成科学实验,本课题参考国内外真空设备的设计理论与实践经验,主要是对于本校ZG-25 真空中频感应熔炼炉的炉衬及其工装模具进行设计。85083

中频感应炉炉衬是用于金属熔炼的模具,本课题设计符合本校ZG-25 真空中频感应熔炼炉炉衬尺寸、材料选用及其制备过程。工装模具是用于金属铸造成型的模具,本设计工装模具包括浇铸标准试样、浇口杯、冒口等。浇铸标准试样模具包含3种,分别是普通锭模模具、铝合金标准试样模具、铜合金试样模具。

运用anycasting仿真模拟软件,模拟在真空条件下的金属浇铸情况。通过分析其凝固时间、凝固顺序,证实了本次设计模具的合理性和冒口的补缩能力,为本次总体设计提供了佐证。

Abstract Vacuum metallurgy is widely used in modern industrial production, and it is the main smelting technology of metal smelting, especially non-ferrous metal smelting。 In the process of scientific research, with a vacuum metallurgical equipment tend to metal smelting with different ingredients, which makes in the smelting process in vacuum furnace lining, tooling cross contamination, lead to deviation from the structure, composition and influence the experimental results。 In order to facilitate teachers to the successful completion of the experimental science, design theory and practice experience of this subject at home and abroad for reference of vacuum equipment, mainly for the school vacuum ZG-25 medium frequency induction melting furnace lining and tooling design。

Medium frequency induction furnace is used for melting metal mould, this topic design conforms to the school vacuum ZG-25 medium frequency induction melting furnace size, selection of materials and process for preparing process。 Tooling is used for metal casting mold, the design tooling including casting standard sample, pouring cup, a riser。 Casting standard sample mold contains three, respectively is ordinary ingot mold, aluminum alloy standard sample mold, copper alloy sample mold。

Using AnyCasting simulation software to simulate the metal casting under vacuum conditions。 Through the analysis of the solidification time, solidification sequence, confirming the riser and rationality of the design of the mold feeding capacity and support for the overall design。
