ADAMS+SolidWorks炮闩抽壳机构的结构设计+CAD图纸

摘要本文依据相关参考文献资料对炮闩抽壳装置的结构进行设计,同时利用三维软件SolidWorks对其结构进行强度校核,对机构抽壳过程的分析利用了弹塑性力学的相关知识,计算出抽壳力的大小,找出了影响抽壳力的几个因素。将建立好的抽壳模型删掉配合并另存为parasolid格式的CAD文件导入ADAMS中进行刚柔混合模型的制作,对制作好的抽壳装置的刚性体模型和刚柔混合模型虚拟样机分别进行仿真分析,对比分析输出的抽壳力曲线和文献资料中试验得到的抽壳力曲线,发现抽壳装置的两种模型都能输出较为合理的结果,但是刚柔混合模型仿真时间更长,和实际更为贴近。最后针对刚体模型,保证抽壳阻力一定,改变复进速度,发现不同的复进速度下,复进速度越大,抽壳越顺畅,但是对于零件接触点的磨损相应变大;而保持复进速度不变,抽壳阻力不同,则抽壳阻力越小,抽壳越顺畅。通过与相关实验数据对比,证实了本文研究方法和研究结果的合理性。最后通过对于抽壳力和抽壳装置结构的分析,提出几点提升抽壳性能的建议。86041 毕业论文关键词:抽壳装置、抽壳力、结构设计、ADAMS、仿真分析 Abstract In this paper, it is based on the relevant reference materials for extractor mechanism structure design,At the same time, the strength check of the structure is carried out by using the 3D software SolidWorks, analyzing the process of extracting cartridge is based on the elastic-plastic mechanics theory 。The extracting force is calculated and the factors affecting the extracting force are found out。The well-established three-dimensional model with deleted and saved as parasolid format CAD files into ADAMS for producing the rigid and flexible model 。Simulating the rigid model and the rigid and flexible model。Comparative analysis of the output of the extracting force curve and the extracting force curve in literature data。It is found that the two models all can output reasonable results。But the rigid flexible hybrid simulation model for longer, and more close to the actual。Finally, according to the rigid body model,ensure that the extractor resistance is certain, change the speed of the return, found that the different speeds of the return into the larger, the more smooth shell, but for the wear of the contact point of the parts becomes larger。While keeping the return velocity constant, shell resistance different, then shell resistance is small and the shell more smooth。 Finally, through the analysis of the structure of the extraction force and the extractor mechanism, some suggestions to improve the performance of the extractor mechanism is put forward。The rationality of the method and the results of this study is confirmed by the comparison with the experimental data。 Keywords: extractor mechanism; extraction force; structure design;ADAMS; simulation analysis 目 录 第一章 绪论 1 1。1 课题研究的目的及意义 1 1。3 本文主要的研究内容和方法 2 1。4 本章小结 3 第一章 抽壳力的计算 4 2。2 炮弹发射过程力学分析 4 2。2 抽壳过程的定性分析与抽壳力的计算 4 2。2。1 膛压作用期 4 2。2。3 内压作用期膛压上升阶段 6 2。2。3 内压作用期膛压下降阶段 7 (责任编辑:qin) |
