摘要如今,塑料制品的需求日益增长,而大多数塑料制品都需要塑料挤出机来帮助生产。双螺杆挤出机虽然产量高,功率消耗低,混合效果好,但是单螺杆挤出机结构简单、设计灵活、成本低廉,更具优势。只要通过结构优化而不是一味的增加电机功率使得产量提高,完全可以替代双螺杆挤出机。86277

    本课题在通过查阅资料了解高效节能单螺杆挤出机的研究现状后,对高效节能单螺杆挤出机的功能定位及结构进行分析比较,最后对单螺杆挤出机进行了三维造型及结构优化。螺杆和机筒选用的是耐磨性好,疲劳强度高,并具有良好的耐热性及腐蚀性的。在挤压系统中,采用了新型螺杆设计,参考了分离型螺杆和屏障型螺杆,机筒也采用了衬套式的IKV机筒,能够提高工作效率。在加热系统中,采用了最新的纳米红外加热圈,能有效的节能并能很好的控制工作环境温度。最后在设计的基础上,对关键部分即螺杆进行了有限元分析和校核。

Abstract Today, the growing need for plastic products, and most of the plastic products need plastic extruder to help production。Twin screw extruder, though high output, low power consumption, the mixing effect is good, but the single screw extruder has simple structure, flexible design, low cost and more advantage。As long as through structural optimization, rather than blindly increase the motor output power increase, can completely replace the twin screw extruder。

This topic in high efficiency and energy saving by looking at profiles and the research status of single screw extruder, the high efficiency and energy saving single-screw extruder is analyzed by the function orientation and structure, finally, the single screw extruder with the three dimensional modelling and structure optimization。Screw and barrel chosen is good abrasion resistance, high fatigue strength, and good heat resistance and corrosion resistance。In extrusion system, adopted the new screw design, refer to the separate type screw and barrier type screw, barrel also USES the IKV bushing type barrel, can improve the work efficiency。In the heating system, using the latest nanometer infrared heating circle, effective energy saving and good working environment temperature control。Finally on the basis of the design, a key part of the screw has carried on the finite element analysis and checking。
