5000KN静液挤压机设计+文献综述

摘要静液挤压是选用称为压媒的高压液体取代了挤压轴的直接作用,将锭坯从模具中挤出形成成品的一种加工方式。与其它传统挤压方法不同的是静液挤压锭坯不直接与挤压筒内表面接触,使得几乎没有摩擦的存在,它是传统挤压技术的进一步发展。
毕业论文介绍设计了5000KN静液挤压机装置, 采用无背压静液挤压的原理,以三梁四柱式的结构作为静液挤压机的设计方案,针对三梁四柱机架的刚度问题和挤压筒的强度问题给出了不同的设计方案。而且钢绞线预应力的结构模型应用到了张力柱上,减小了张力柱的形变量。在自紧挤压筒、组合挤压筒和层间充压挤压筒三种挤压筒强化设计方法之间相比较,在给定内外径的情况下,选用层间充压挤压筒的结构,提高了挤压筒的弹性极限。对挤压机的主要受力部件后梁、张力柱、挤压筒、挤压轴等进行了结构设计,并进行了刚强度分析。19529

Abstract
Hydrostatic extrusion is the choice of high-pressure liquid called press media to replace a direct role in the extrusion axis, the extrusion ingot from the mold to form a finished product processing methods. And other conventional extrusion different type hydrostatic extrusion billet is not in direct contact with the surface of the extruder barrel, so that almost no friction exists, it is a further development of the conventional extrusion techniques.
This paper describes the design of the 5000KN hydrostatic extruder devices, using the principle of non-backpressure hydrostatic extrusion, with three beam four-post structure as hydrostatic extruder design, for rigidity problems and intensity problem of three beam-Post Rack extrusion is given a different design. And the structural model of prestressed reinforced concrete strand applied to the tension column, reducing the deformation of tension column. compared with the self-tightening squeeze tube, a combination of squeezed and Inter-layer extrusion cylinder filling pressure design methods, in the inner and outer diameters of the given circumstances, choicing Inter-layer extrusion cylinder filling pressure structure ,which is improve the elastic limit of the inner wall. The main forced components of the extruder as back rest, tension column, squeeze tube, extruded shaft and other structures were designed and carried out just strength analysis.
