CFD船舶柴油机缸套冷却水余热的干衣机的总体设计

摘要海上气候潮湿,多阴雨天气,出海航行的船舶上的生活环境与生活方式不方便船员户外晾晒衣物,因此干衣机便成为了船员生活必需品。针对现有500~1000T海巡船常用的热泵式干衣机中存在的需燃油发电机组发电供能、耗电量大、噪声大等问题,本文提出一种利用船舶柴油机缸套冷却水余热的干衣机的总体设计,然后建立适用于求解600吨海巡船干衣机干衣室气流组织分布特征的三维几何模型,并选取合适的标准k-ε模型控制方程以及数值计算方法进行气流组织优化设计,接着用文献研究法盘点现有的干衣机的能效分析评价指标,最后应用基于热力学第二定律的㶲分析法将余热利用干衣机与目前公认的节能效益最好的热泵式干衣机和传统的电加热式干衣机进行热经济性比较。此外,若将全国现有轻型公务船的干衣机改造成利用船舶主机缸套冷却水余热的干衣机,将极大改善执法公务人员的工作环境,同时也将带来巨大的经济效益和环境效益。86823

Abstract It is inconvenient for sailors to dry cloths on the sea for its humid and moist weather, therefore dryer is seen as the basic necessity for sailors。 The commonly used heat pumps in 500 to 1000T cruise ships have a few problems, such as fuel-generated energy, huge waste of electricity, loud noise etc。 This essay put forth the overall design of a use of marine diesel engine jacket cooling water heat of the dryer,then build widely used in solving 600T Coast Guard boat dryers drying room airflow distribution of three-dimensional geometric model, and then select the appropriate standard k-ε model equations and numerical methods control airflow optimization design, followed by literature research inventory of existing dryer energy analysis evaluation, the final application based on the second law of thermodynamics exergy analysis method using waste heat dryers with currently accepted best energy efficiency and heat-pump dryer traditional electric heating dryers hot economic comparison。 Besides, if this innovative dryer is applied into light business ships worldwide, it will deeply improve officials’ working environment and yield tangible benefit both in finance and ecosystem。
