便携式三坐标测量机结构设计

摘要在科学技术飞速发展的今天,测量技术已经广泛应用于我们的生活中[1]。而三坐标测量机更是已经在机械、能源、精密的仪器仪表以及汽车和航空航天等行业得到了广泛的应用。三坐标测量机是一种精密的测量设备,但是传统的三坐标测量机存在一定的缺点,比如不易搬运,不能测量大型的机械零件等等。在这种情况下,便携式三坐标测量机便应运而生。
本文主要对便携式三坐标测量机进行研究,便携式三坐标测量臂具有结构简单,重量轻,易于搬运,可以适应不同的测量环境等等的优点[2]。本文着重对便携式三坐标测量机的机械结构进行了研究。首先介绍了三坐标测量机的国内外研究现状,制造测量机所需要掌握的关键技术以及便携式三坐标测量臂的发展前景。紧接着介绍了三坐标测量机的机械结构以及完成了便携式三坐标测量机的结构设计。最后简单的介绍了便携式三坐标测量机的测量原理和平衡机构。20749

`Title          Portable CMM Structure Design            
Abstract
In today's rapid development of science and technology , measurement technology has been widely used in our lives . The CMM is already in the machinery, energy , precision instrumentation and automotive and aerospace industries has been widely used. CMM is a precision measurement equipment, but the traditional coordinate measuring machine has some shortcomings, such as easy handling, can measure large mechanical parts and so on. In this case , the portable coordinate measuring machines have come into being .
This paper focuses on studies of portable coordinate measuring arm , portable CMM arm has a simple structure , light weight, easy to carry , can be adapted to different measurement environment, etc. advantages.
This paper focuses on the mechanical structure of the portable CMM arm were studied. First introduced the development prospects of CMM key technology research status at home and abroad , measuring machine manufacturers need to know and portable coordinate measuring arm. Then introduce the CMM mechanical structure and complete structural design of portable coordinate measuring machines. Finally, a brief introduction of the portable CMM measurement principle and balance mechanism .
