弹载声阵列展开机构设计+文献综述

摘要为声阵列设计一个结构简单、成本低廉、性能优良的展开机构,使其全天候、可靠稳定的工作是一项非常重要的任务。 随着计算机辅助技术、虚拟产品制造技术和并行工程技术的发展,我们可以通过计算机软件来快速的建立声阵列展开机构的三文模型,并且通过运动仿真来模拟声阵列的展开过程,检查其在设定的驱动条件下能否正常展开,并且展开过程是否有干涉情况等。本设计主要从声阵列的定位原理出发,研究了声阵列定位的基本理论,基于这个理论,构思出2种声阵列的展开形式及其大致结构,提出4种声阵列展开机构驱动方案,并且比较这四种方案的优缺点。最后对声阵列展开机构进行详细设计,并进行受力分析,对内部连杆机构进行优化设计,得出优化后的各个连杆长度。 毕业论文关键词 声阵列 展开机构 三文建模 运动仿真20750 毕业设计说明书(论文)外文摘要 Title The deployment mechanism design of missile borne acoustic array Abstract To design a simple structure, low cost, excellent performance deployment mechanism for the acoustic array, make it work all weather, stably and reliably is a very important task. With the development of computer technology, virtual manufacturing and concurrent engineering technology, we can through the computer to establish a three-dimensional model of the acoustic array deployment mechanism rapidly, and by the movement simulation to simulate the unfolding process of acoustic array, check whether the normal driving conditions set in the unfolding process, and whether there is interference etc.. This design mainly research the basic theory of acoustic array localization from positioning acoustic array principle. Based on this theory, thinking of the idea of 2 kinds of acoustic array expansion form and its general structure, putting forward 4 kinds of acoustic array deployment mechanism driving scheme, and comparing these four schemes of the advantages and disadvantages. At the end, the acoustic array deployment mechanism was designed in details, and carry on the stress analysis, to optimize the design of internal linkage, obtains each connecting rod length after optimization.
