57高炮提高射速总体改进方案+文献综述

摘要本文主要从总体的方向来研究可以使57毫米自动炮射速提高的方法。本文从高射速自动炮的需求背景入手,分析了自动炮射速提高的必要性。从越南战争,中东战争等战争案例中分析了自动炮在战场上不可替代的地位。然后从国外自动炮射速提高的现状入手,分析俄国,美国对自动炮射速的提高做了哪些努力。然后分析影响自动炮射速提高的原因,自动炮射速提高可行的方法。主要从减小构件运动行程;提高构件运动速度;并联自动动作;减少自动动作等四个大的主要方面入手来提高自动炮的射速。然而从具体的57毫米高射炮入手,考虑到课题的可行性,材料的可获得性,在规定的时间内完成任务等诸多方面的因素。最后决定主要从57毫米高炮的复进机,供弹机,输弹机三个方面入手,来提高57毫米高炮的射速,由于加速机构没有原始参数,所以要设计加速机构,在已设计了加速机构的基础上对设计前和和设计后的57高炮射速进行对比分析。20762

Title    the overall improvement program of 57 artillery fire rate                                                          
Abstract
This article from the direction of general to research the approach that can make the 57 mm automatic cannon firing rate improved. In this paper, we analyze the necessity of increasing the rate of fire automatic gun from high rate of automatic guns fire demand background ,and from the Vietnam War, the war in the Middle East to Analyze the automatic gun irreplaceable War Stories on the battlefield . Then we analyze now how the foreigner increase the rate of automatically fire , and  what efforts  the Russia , the United States do to improve the rate of fire automatic guns. Then analyze the reasons that impact the rate increased of  automatic gun ,and the way to increase the rate of fire automatic gun .what we can do first are to reduce the distance of component traveled, second ,to improve the velocity of components, third ,to parallel the components automatic action ,finally to reduce the components automatic action. Mainly the four ways to improve the rate of automatic gun. However, considering the concrete 57 mm anti-aircraft guns, the feasibility of the subject , availability of materials,  to complete the task on time, and many other factors. Finally , I decide mainly from the Recoil machine , bomb Machine, Ramming Machine of the 57 mm anti-aircraft guns ,three aspects to improve the fire rate of 57 mm anti-aircraft guns , because there is no of accelerate institutions, so I need to design the accelerate institutions. On the basis of having been designed the accelerate institutions I will analyze the fire rate before not improve and improve of 57 anti-aircraft artillery.
