摘要: 本次毕业设计是关于交叉带式邮件分拣输送系统的设计。首先对交叉带式分拣机作了简单的概述;接着分析了分拣机的选型原则及计算方法;然后根据这些设计准则与计算选型方法按照给定参数要求进行选型设计;接着对所选择的分拣机各主要零部件进行了校核。最后简单的说明了分拣机的安装与文护。自动分拣系统是先进配送中心所必需的设施条件之一。具有很高的分拣效率,通常每小时可分拣商品6000-12000箱;可以说,自动分拣机是提高物流配送效率的一项关健因素。它是二次大战后在美国、日本的物流中心中广泛采用的一种自动分拣系统,该系统目前已经成为发达国家大中型物流中心不可缺少的一部分。21084
本次带式输送机设计代表了设计的一般过程, 对今后的选型设计工作有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:This graduation design is about the cross belt type mail sorting conveyor system design. First of all to cross belt sorting machine made a brief overview; Then analyzed the selection principles and calculation methods of sorting machine; And then according to these design criteria in accordance with the requirements for a given parameter selection and calculation method for type selection design; Then on the choice of the sorting machine main parts and components for checking.
