摘要:机床主轴基本上完成两个任务:(1)在空间精确的旋转刀具(钻削,铣削,磨削)或工件(车削);(2)把所需要的能量传递到切削区
  本课题所研究的斗笠式刀库实训台主要能够实现主轴准停、自动松拉刀、伺服驱动、主轴回转等功能。主轴准停即在自动换刀的数控机床上,为实现自动装卸道具,要求主轴每次都能停在一个固定的位置上,即保证使刀柄上的键槽对准主轴的端面键,这就要求主轴必须具备定向控制功能,而本课题通过电气式磁力传感器实现准停;自动松拉刀即数控机床加工过程中往往有多道工序,会用到多把不同的刀具,这就涉及到主轴换刀装置,对刀的松开、夹紧有了要求,本课题采用液压传动实现松拉刀;同时还需要满足方便快捷、安全可靠等要求;伺服驱动即主轴Z向通过伺服驱动系统实现进给,采用伺服电机带动滚珠丝杠传动的方式;主轴回转则是通过主轴电机带动同步带实现。21670
