具有美白袪斑功效中药的筛选 及其提取工艺研究

摘要:本文以槐米,荷叶中的黄酮类化合物作为主要的研究对象,对其提取工艺和抗氧化功效以及酪氨酸酶的抑制率进行了相关的研究,为日后中药资源槐米,荷叶在化妆品方面的应用打下了初步的理论基础。21931
本文比较了水浴浸提法和超声波提取法,正交实验得出了水浴浸提法和超声波提取法提取槐米和荷叶中黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件,在超声波提取最优条件下,槐米总黄酮得率为8.89%,荷叶是7.20%。在水浴浸提法最优条件下,槐米总黄酮得率是7.66%,荷叶是6.25%。通过两种方法比较后得出,超声波提取法为最佳的提取法。
采用清除羟基自由基、DPPH自由基以及测定还原能力三种方法,分别对槐米和荷叶黄酮提取液进行了抗氧化功效研究。结果表明,槐米,荷叶黄酮提取液都具有清除羟基自由基、DPPH自由基,以及还原能力。当槐米,荷叶总黄酮提取液浓度为0.3mg/ml时羟基自由基清除率分别达到了83.74%和67.41,DPPH自由基的清除率分别达到了74.13%和65.14%。以酪氨酸为底物,研究了槐米以及荷叶提取物对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制作用,结果表明当提取液浓度为0.3mg/ml时,槐米和荷叶的酪氨酸抑制率分别达到了60.33%和29.40%。

Study with whitening and remove spot efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine selection and Extraction Process
Abstract:In this paper mainly studies the flavonoids from Sophora japonica and lotus leaf. To the related research that were extraction process, antioxidant and tyrosinase inhibition rates . For Sophora japonica and lotus leaf to lay the theoretical foundation of the preliminary application in cosmetics in future.
This paper compares the water bath extraction and ultrasonic extraction method. The orthogonal experiment got water extraction method and ultrasonic extraction of  optimum conditions, ultrasonic extraction under optimal conditions, Sophora japonica total flavonoids was 8.89%, the lotus leaf was 7.20%. Under optimum conditions water extraction method, Sophora japonica total flavonoids was 7.66%, the lotus leaf was 6.25%. Derived by comparing the two methods, ultrasonic extraction method is the best method of extraction.
Using scavenge hydroxyl radicals, DPPH radical and determined to restore the ability of three methods,. Respectively to Sophora japonica and lotus leaf extract flavonoids were anti-oxidative efficacy studies .The results showed that, Sophora japonica、 lotus leaf extract flavonoids have cleared the hydroxyl radical, DPPH radical, and reducing power. When Sophora japonica, lotus leaf extract at a concentration of 0.3mg/ml hydroxyl radical scavenging rate reached 83.74% and 67.41, DPPH radical scavenging rate reached 74.13% and 65.14%. Tyrosine as substrate, as well as to study the Sophora japonica of a lotus leaf extract on tyrosinase activity inhibition, the results show that when the extract concentration of 0.3mg/ml, Sophora japonica and lotus leaf tyrosine inhibition rate reached 60.33% and 60.33% respectively
