上海地铁1号线地铁车辆编组方案及牵引传动系统选型分析

摘要:随着当今科技的迅速发展和城市交通量的急速增长,地铁成为人们日常生活中不可缺少的一部分。但是地铁交通是一项投资多、难度大、工期长、涉及面广的一项很复杂的系统工程。地铁系统的建设要从轨道与车辆两方面并且结合城市的实际情况综合考虑, 根据毕业设计任务, 在本次设计中主要探讨上海地铁 1 号线地铁车辆的编组方案及牵引传动系统选型方面的问题。本文主要包括两个方面的内容:分析地铁车辆的选型依据,以上海地铁一号线为实例来进行分析地铁车辆的选型, 从理论联系实际来进行地铁车辆编组方案及牵引传动系统选型方面的分析及计算。
本文研究首先从总体上综合考虑地铁车辆选型原则: 通过借鉴和学习国内外地铁车辆技术条件,从外部条件(如运量、线路、供电制式等)和车辆本身具体问题(车型、车体材料、 编组等) 来进行探讨地铁车辆选型原则和方法; 然后结合上海地铁一号线进行分析。作者通过查阅相关资料,讨论并分析了地铁车辆的供电制式与传动方式,并且在后面通过牵引计算,算出“4 动 4 拖”与“3 动 5 拖”的运行时分,并且通过进一步的计算,比较这两种编组方式旅行速度、起动加速能力、运行能耗、故障运行能力等的差异和不同车体材料的能耗,对上海地铁一号线车辆的选型方案进行具体分析,具有一定的参考价值。21935

Abstract:With the rapid development and rapid growth of urban traffic today's technology, the
metro daily lives become an indispensable part.But the subway is an investment more difficult,
long duration, involving a wide range of face a very complex system engineering. Construction
vehicles from both rail and subway system and the actual situation of the city into account,
according to graduation design task, in this design program focuses on marshalling Shanghai
Metro Line 1 subway vehicles and traction drive system selection aspects problems.
This article includes two aspects: the analysis of selection based on metro vehicles to
Shanghai Metro Line selection as an example to analyze transit vehicles, from theory to reality
for metro vehicle marshalling scheme and traction drive system selection analysis and
computing.
In this paper, considering the first overall selection principle subway cars: By subway cars
at home and abroad to learn from the technical conditions, from external conditions (such as
traffic, lines, power supply system, etc.) and the vehicle itself specific issues (car, car body
material , grouping, etc.) to discuss the principles and methods of selection of subway cars; then
combined with Shanghai Metro Line analysis. Access to relevant information by the author to
discuss and analyze the power system and transmission mode subway cars, and in the back by
pulling calculations, calculated "move 4 trailer 4" and "3 move 5 drag" of running time, and by
further calculations, Compare these two ways marshalling travel speed, acceleration starting
material differences between the body and the energy consumption of different abilities, energy
