摘要:随着造纸工业的快速发展及对造纸工业技术装备引进和技术改造投资的重视,造纸工业装备企业的规模、技术水平、制造能力等都产生了明显变化。而纸浆泵作为一种主要的浆料输送机械,由于其高效、节能、汽蚀性能好、寿命长、浓度高、结构合理等优点,在制浆造纸厂、制糖业、城市排污业等行业中起着重要的作用,并已经被广泛使用。纸浆泵是依靠旋转叶轮对液体的作用把原动机的机械能传递给液体。由于纸浆泵的作用,液体从叶轮进口流向出口的过程中,其速度能和压力能都得到增加,被叶轮排出的液体经过压出室,大部分速度能转换成动能,在叶轮离心力的作用下,沿排出管路输送出去,于是,旋转着的叶轮就连续不断地吸入和排出液体。4820 关键词: 造纸;叶轮;汽蚀 Abstract:With the rapid development of paper industry and the paper industry technical equipment introduction and technical transformation investment attention, had an obvious change paper industry equipment enterprises scale, technology level, production capacity.
