步进梁式加热炉的设计+CAD图纸

摘要:步进式连续加热炉靠炉底或水冷金属梁的上升、前进、下降、后退的动作把料坯一步一步地移送前进的连续加热炉。炉子有固定的炉底和步进炉底,或者有固定梁和步进梁。前者叫步进底式炉,后者叫步进梁式炉。轧钢用加热炉的步进梁通常有水冷管组成。步进梁式炉可对料坯实现上下双面加热。70年代以来,由于轧机的大型化,步进梁式炉得到了广泛应用。同推钢炉相比,它的优点是:运料灵活,必要时可将炉料全部排出炉外;料坯在炉底或梁上有间隔的摆开,可较快的均匀加热;完全消除了推钢式炉的拱钢和粘钢的故障,因而使炉的长度不受这些因素的限制。23436

Walking Beam Furnace Design
Abstract:Stepping continuous hearth furnace or water cooled by rising metal beams, forward, down, backward movement of the blanks continuous furnace transferred step by step forward. Hearth furnace fixed and stepper bottom, or a fixed beam and walking beam. The former is called Stepping hearth furnace, which is called the walking beam furnace. Rolling with walking beam furnace is usually water─cooled tubes. Walking beam furnace can achieve up and down the two─sided heating blanks. Since the 1970s, due to the large─scale mill, walking beam furnace is widely used. Compared with the pusher furnace, its advantages are: flexible haul, if necessary, will charge the entire row of the furnace; beam blanks in the bottom or have laid intervals can be rapid uniform heating; completely eliminated pusher furnaces stick steel arch steel and failures, and thus the length of the furnace is not limited by these factors.
