摘要:转向架是机车的重要部件之一,起支承车体、转向和制动的作用,并保证机车车辆在轨道上安全平稳地运行。由于车辆用途不同,运行条件差异,制造文修方法等具体因素的影响,以及对转向架的性能、结构、参数和采用的材料工艺等要求的差别,所以出现了多种型式的转向架。各种转向架的主要区别在于:弹簧悬挂系统的结构与参数,垂向载荷的传递方式,轴箱定位方式,构架的结构型式以及作用原理等诸方面。转向架的结构要便于弹簧减振装置的安装,使之具有良好的减振特性,以缓和车辆和线路之间的相互作用,减小振动和冲击,减小动应力,提高车辆运行平稳性和安全性。转向架的各种参数也直接决定了车辆的稳定性和车辆的乘坐舒适性。23493 本文主要阐述了200km/h 城际列车动车组车转向架悬挂结构设计, 首先对一系悬挂的轴箱弹簧进行设计选择螺旋压缩弹簧,并进行强度、刚度和稳定性校核,同时通过有限元分析进行验证。然后对CRH2 双卷螺旋压缩弹簧进行有限元分析,对其强度进行校核,并完成设计图纸。 关键词: 转向架 悬挂结构 弹簧 设计 bogie suspension structure design of 200 km intercity trains Abstract:Bogie is one of the important parts of the locomotive, which can support body, steer and have braking effect, it also can ensure the safety of locomotive vehicles to run smoothly on the track. Because of the influence of different use of vehicles, operation conditions, the specific factors of making maintenance methods , difference of the performance, structure and parameters of the bogie and the requirements of material and technique, bogie has various types. The main difference of all kinds of bogie is spring suspension system structure and vertical load transfer mode, axle box positioning style, structure , the action principle and so on . Bogie structure should facilitate the installation of spring damping, which has good vibration damping characteristics, to ease the interaction between vehicle and line, reduce the vibration and impact, reduce the dynamic stress, and improve vehicle running stability and security.Various parameters of bogie also directly determines the stability of the vehicle and the vehicle's ride comfort. This article mainly expounds the 200 km/h intercity train car bogie suspension structure design. First of all,a suspension axle box design of helical compression spring spring, and the strength, stiffness and stability checking, and validated by finite element analysis. Then the finite element analysis was carried out on the CRH2 double roll spiral compression spring, to check its strength, and complete the design drawings.
