地铁车辆转向架一系悬挂结构设计

摘要:参照近期联合国做过一个城市人口的调查,人口超过一千万的超级大城市数量在飞速的增加,我国作为最大的发展中国家不仅超级大城市的数量名列排行榜前茅,人口超过100万的大城市也是不断地出现。人口的不断增加,给陆面交通带来的压力也与日俱增,为了寻求跟好的出行方式,人们开始发展了地下轨道运输。转向架作为城市轨道车辆的不可替代的一个环节起到了十分显著的作用。本文就对地铁A 型动车转向架一系悬挂进行了结构进行了设计和详尽的介绍。并采用SIMPACK 软件的模型创建功能,对车辆的整体进行了建模和动力学分析。在原有的设计基础上根据分析结果展开进一步的分析。经过动力学计算分析后得到以下结论:23973
地铁车辆系统的线性和非线性稳定运行最高速度值均满足大国标中所规定的列车最高运行速度。车辆的平稳性指标也均属于优级,在各曲线工况上运行的轮轴间相互作用力、轮轨间相互作用力、脱轨系数、均满足了GB5599—85中的相关规定。在原有设计基础上根据SIMPACK分析结果,优化后的单个叠层橡胶弹簧纵向刚度 取3.6MN/m,轴箱单个叠层橡胶弹簧横向刚度 为2.4MN/m,单个叠层橡胶弹簧垂向刚度为0.8MN/m[1]

Design of the Primary Suspension System for metro vehicle
Abstract:According to the survey of the United Nations, there are more anmore city have the population of more than ten millions in the world .while China is the biggest developing country in the world a lot of city in the china are in the rank of the population. In recent years more and more city with a population of more than one million appears. In order to reduce the growing urban traffic pressure, people started to develop the underground rail transport. Bogie as an important part of the urban rail vehicles has played a an important role. This paper analyses the first spring system of metro bogie type A motor car. Using software such Simpack bogie suspension structure for the overall modeling, the vehicle multibody dynamics analysis, and the analysis results on the bogie suspension designs were optimized..The calculation and analysis the following conclusions:The metro vehicle model’s linear and nonlinear critical speed are greater than the maximum speed of the metro bogie requirement.the index of the ride comfortsatisfies the requirement.the running wheel•rail lateral force on the conditions in each curve,the axle leateral force,derailment coefficient,wheel load reduction rate reached the relevant requirements of GB5599•85.By dynamics simulation as well as the time integration,it is recommended that the laminated rubber spring of the axle box for each department’s longitudinal stiffness  is 3.6 MN/m.the laminated rubber spring of the axle box for each departments lateral stiffness  is2.4 MN/m. a single vertical stiffness of laminated rubber 0.8MN / m
