小型麻花钻研磨机三维立体设计

摘要根据麻花钻的刃磨要求和工作条件,设计了小型麻花钻研磨机的总体结构,确定了小型麻花钻研磨机的外形尺寸。根据标准麻花钻钻头的几何形状特点,以及通过对主刀刃与后角及其数学模型的分析和确定,制定了以钻头夹套调整和带偏心孔的直立部为核心的小型麻花钻研磨机的辅助对刀机构和刃磨机构。同时根据各个执行机构的功能特点,设计了以钣金结构为主体的结构形式,并绘制了相应的机械结构图和零件图。根据各个组件的相对位置,合理地布置结构。对于结构中的重要零件轴进行了必要的分析和设计,并确定了相关参数。利用PRO/E三文设计软件绘制了三文立体结构图,并且利用AutoCAD绘制了二文工程图。25390

Abstract
