摘要三体摩擦磨损,亦可称之为磨料磨损,是指试验体表面与磨料或者硬质金属由于相互摩擦从而导致的表面材料损失。制粒机在加工饲料过程中由饲料颗粒对环模装置产生严重的三体摩擦磨损。然而,制粒三体摩擦磨损试验机并不存在,也没有符合其工作情况的三体摩擦磨损试验机可以代替模拟其磨损。如果用整台制粒机作为制粒三体摩擦磨损试验机不仅成本过于高昂,并且试验时费时费力。因此,需要研究针对制粒工作的三体摩擦磨损试验机。25591 针对制粒三体摩擦磨损试验机的研究,本文完成的具体工作如下: 1、查找并阅读了相关的文献资料,了解了国内外制粒三体摩擦磨损试验机的研究现状,提出了可行的制粒三体摩擦磨损试验机方案。 2、针对提出的方案进行了设计计算,结合机械设计手册和参考文献,根据实际工作要求,设计计算出了符合需求的制粒三体摩擦磨损试验机,并绘制了制粒三体摩擦磨损试验机的三文结构图和重要零部件的工程图。 3、针对设计出的制粒三体摩擦磨损试验机的关键零部件,运用有限元分析软件进行了性能分析和强度校核。 关键词 制粒 三体摩擦磨损 试验机 有限元 毕业论文设计说明书外文摘要 Title Three-dimensional Design and Performance Analysis of Three-body Friction and Wear Testing Machine Abstract Three-body friction and wear, also known as abrasive wear, means that the testing surface with abrasive or hard metal leads to surface material loss due to mutual friction. In the course of processing feed, pellet mill by feed particles produces serious three-body friction and wear for means of the ring mold. However, pelleting three-body friction and wear testing machine does not exist, nor the three-body friction and wear testing machine in line with its work which can replace pellet mill to analog wear. If you use the entire pellet mill as pelleting three-body friction and wear testing machine, it not only too costly but also time-consuming. Therefore, it need research three-body friction and wear testing machine for pelleting. Study of pelleting three-body friction and wear testing machine, the specific work which the article complete as following: Firstly, find and read the relevant literature, to understand current research about pelleting three-body friction and wear testing machine, put forward feasible program of three-body friction and wear testing machine. Secondly, design and calculate the proposed scheme. Combined with mechanical design manuals and references, according to the actual job requirements, design and calculate pelleting three-body friction and wear testing machine meets your needs, and draw three-dimensional structure of three-body friction and wear testing machine and the drawing of important parts. Thirdly, use finite element analysis software to carry on performance analysis and strength check for the key components of pelleting three-body friction and wear testing machine.
