基于工业4.0的智能制造车间数据采集系统的设计+电路图

摘要“工业4.0”是德国率先提出的为了应对未来制造业更加激烈的竞争的国家级别的战略政策。在智能制造中,对加工中心的关键参数如转速、温度、进给速度等方面的数据采集,从而建立数据库并以此为基础进行加工中心的远程监控和文护,是保证加工中心高效、稳定、持续运转的重要方式。
  本课题基于“工业4.0”智能制造车间的基本要求以QC12Y-16X400剪板机为机床起始平台,首先分析了其工作原理和关键参数,并以此提出了嵌入式数据采集系统的总体设计方案。本文根据EDAS(Embedded Data Acquisition System,嵌入式数据采集系统)的需求分析,重点阐述了EIU(Embedded Intelligent Unit,嵌入式智能单元)的硬件设计。由于研究时间以及知识水平所限,本文软件系统仅开发了操作系统部分。25500
  最终剪板机EDAS调试运行结果表明本设计达到了预期效果,满足了智能制造对数据采集系统的最基本要求。

Title    Data Acquisition System for Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop  based on Industry 4.0                                   

Abstract
Industry 4.0 is the strategic policy which German put forward as the response to the increasingly competitive situation in manufacturing industry.In the process of intelligent manufacturing, the acquisition of key parameters,such as rotational speed,temperature and  feeding speed,is vital for the high-efficient,sustaining as well as the stable operating work.With these data, we can install a database,based on which the Remote Moniter System and Maintenance work will run smoothly.
The task is based on the principles in intelligent manufacturing plant of Industry 4.0, and the QC12Y-16X400 guillotine shear is the original platform of machine tool. This paper has a brief analysis on the relevant working principles and key parameters.The writer has summed up a general design plan for Embedded Data Acquisition System. According to the analysis on the demand of EDAS,the paper has focused on the hardware design of Embedded Intelligent Unit(EIU).In light of the limits in both time and knowledge preparation,only the operating system are developed for the software system in this paper.
The results of running test of Guillotine shear in EDAS proved that the plan has reached the expected standard and that the intelligent manufacture has met the basic requirements for Data Acquisition System.
