35mm杀伤榴弹发射器前冲击发减后座力方案设计

摘要为了解决某高初速传统杀伤榴弹发射器的减后坐力及轻量化问题,提出一种将前冲击发原理运用到高初速自动榴弹发射器减后座方案。本论文主要阐释基于内弹道学理论与机械设计理论对35mm杀伤榴弹发射器浮动减后坐装置的首发启动装置的设计过程,提出了整个首发启动装置的总体设计方案。重点设计了首发启动装置中的最重要的两个核心部件:后拉能源器件和后拉缸。其中包括依据给定任务条件(弹丸初速,弹丸自重,枪管重量)进行内弹道学分析得出的后坐距离并以此来确定后拉能源器件与后拉缸的基本尺寸。利用计算机辅助设计软件AutoCAD与SolidWorks对机构进行二文图与三文图的绘制工作,其中包括各个二文零件图,二文装配图,三文装配模型。根据前一阶段的内弹道学分析进行第二阶段的内弹道学分析并确定为后拉过程提供能源的无战斗部弹药的装药量。25985

Title: soft recoil launch device fo some automic weapon        
Abstract: High velocity traditional killer grenade launcher in order to solve some problems of recoil reduction and lightweight, a shock before principle is put forward using the high velocity automatic grenade launcher minus the back seat.This thesis mainly explains theory and mechanical design theory based on the interior ballistics killer to 35 mm grenade launcher floating reduction device in the back seat of starting the design process of the start-up equipment, puts forward the overall design scheme of the whole starting starter.Key design starting starting device of the two most important core component: after pulling energy devices and cylinder.Including on the basis of a given task conditions (muzzle velocity, the projectile self-respect, barrel weight) interior ballistics analysis it is concluded that the back seat of a distance to pull energy device with the cylinder after the basic size.Using computer aided design software AutoCAD and SolidWork institutions for 2D and 3D figure drawing work, including the 2D part drawing, 2D assembly drawing, 3D assembly model.According to the previous phase of the interior ballistics in the second phase of the interior ballistics analysis and determine to provide power for drawing process after no controll of warhead ammunition.
