Abstract:Summary of design content mainly single rope winding type mine hoist supporting system of the composition, structure, properties and application status. Introduces the whole transformation, system update, or update scheme, construction method and process of reform can provide reference for hoist support system design and using for reference. Mining enterprises should seize the modern policy, according to relevant laws, regulations and national standards, complete the modification or update mine hoist single rope winding of the wire rope supporting system, improve the work efficiency of mine hoist.
Due to the safety of the mine hoist equipment demand is higher and higher, the requirement to design a new type of mine support system to meet the needs of work, including the determination of column height and width and space position distribution, the selection of vibrator and the composition of its internal parts, T guide the design, material selection and shape of a u-shaped groove tolerance of checking and so on.
