摘要:本次设计的课题为无线鼠标电池盖注射模具设计,通过对零件的结构分析,结合产品质量要求,设计出一副完整的注塑模。根据注塑模设计的一般过程,首先对无线鼠标电池盖零件进行成型工艺性分析,了解零件的技术要求以确定成型方案,采用一模四腔的成型方案以保证产品精度和生产效率,零件有四个倒钩结构,设置了斜顶做侧抽芯机构,选择ABS作为注塑成型材料,ABS具有良好的性能,是使用非常广泛的一种注塑成型材料。然后进行模具的设计,包括注射机的选择、浇注系统的设计、冷却系统的设计、侧抽芯机构的设计、脱模机构的设计和标准模架的选择,并运用了moldflow进行分析,再对注射机的锁模力、开模行程等进行了校核。最后运用Pro/E、EMX零件图形进行了绘制。本文所设计的模具能达到产品的质量和加工工艺要求。 关键词:电池盖;注塑模;ABS;斜顶;EMX Abstract:The project for the wireless mouse battery cover injection mold design, through the structural analysis of parts, combined with product quality requirements, design a complete injection mold. Final y, the use of Pro/E, EMX drawing parts map. Through this book shows that the design of the mold to achieve the quality of products and processing technology requirements.
