摘要:随着现代经济的快速发展,陆上能源的不断消耗,开发海洋资源变得越来越重要。海洋平台的需求量不断上升,使得海洋平台的生产设计和精度管理也变得越来越重要。自升式海洋平台的生产设计本身就是一项系统且复杂的工程,不仅有较多的工作内容,而且非常复杂。因此,想要搞好海洋平台的生产设计是非常困难的并且也是非常重要的。在海洋平台的生产设计过程中,随着各种技术越来越熟练,人们对自升式海洋平台生产设计的标准也提高了。要想提高海洋平台的生产设计,必须要熟练地掌握精度控制技术。精度管理体系直接影响海洋平台的生产质量及效率,对海洋工程发展具有极其重要的意义。我国与世界其他先进国家相比,精度控制技术方面有较大的差距,尺寸控制达不到设计的要求从而使,建造质量低、建造周期延长等,降低了中国海洋工程企业的市场竞争能力。开展精度管理研究势在必行。本文主要阐述了自升式海洋平台的生产设计及精度管理体系。

Abstract:With the rapid development of modern economy, the continuous consumption of land energy, the development of marine resources has become increasingly important. The increasing demand for offshore platforms has made the production design and precision management of offshore platforms more and more important. The production design of the jack-up offshore platform itself is a systematic and complex project, not only has more work content, but also has a large trouble. So it is important and difficult to finish a jack-up rig . In the process of production design, the requirements of production design of jack-up rig are getting higher and higher, and the production design of it is completed safely and efficiently. The key and importance of precision management system are  more and more important and  prominent. The precision management system directly affects the production quality and efficiency of the jack-up rig, which is of great significance to the development of  ocean  engineering. Compared with other advanced countries in the world, the precision control technology has a large gap, the size control can’t meet the design requirements so that the construction  quality is low and the construction period is prolonged, which reduces the market competitiveness of China's marine engineering enterprises. It is imperative to carry out precision management research. This paper mainly elaborates the production design and precision management system of the jack-up offshore platform.
