摘要:在我国国民经济迅猛发展的过程中,化纤工业起到的作用是不可小视的。反应器则是化纤生产中,实现化学反应不可或缺的主要设备之一。反应设备可以用来完成酯化反应获得初级产品,在酯化反应过程中反应器需要经受高温、高压、腐蚀环境的考验,所以它的结构设计取决于它作为反应容器能否实现所要的功效。 我国反应器设备行业起步较晚,但是依托于我国机械工业的迅猛发展,反应器设备行业的市场需求量与日俱增。此外,我国反应器设备在国内市场占有率颇高,但是竞争也相当激烈。我国目前的反应器设备对国内来说供应充足,但是难以与国外抗衡,主要的原因是核心技术掌握不足。 反应器是综合反应容器,根据反应条件对反应器结构及配置附件设计,反应器由罐体、夹套、搅拌器、传动装置、轴封装置、附件等组成。在进料-反应-出料过程中均能够以较高的自动化程度完成预先设定好的反应步骤,对反应过程中的温度、压力、反应物/产物浓度等重要参数进行严格的调控。 本文对反应器设计方面做了以下设计与研究: (1)反应器各部件的几何尺寸设计计算。 (2)基于设计的尺寸,利用三维软件,对反应器的各零部件三维建模,进行概念设计。 (3)利用软件,设计反应器工程图(总装图及主要的零部件图),进行详细设计。 关键词:反应器;三维建模;工程图 Abstract:In the process of China's rapid development of national economy, chemical and fiber industry plays a role which can not be ignored. The reactor is one of the main equipments to realize chemical reaction in chemical and fiber production. The reaction equipment can be used to complete the esterification reaction to obtain primary products, in the process of esterification reaction reactor works under high temperature, high pressure and corrosion circumstances, so it depends on its structural design as the reaction vessel can achieve desired effect. China's reactor equipment industry started much recently, but relying on the rapid development of machinery industry, the market demands of reactor equipment increased greatly. But now, the reactor equipment takes a high share in the domestic market, and the competition is fierce. China's current reactor equipment for domestic supply has been adequate, but at the same time it is difficult to compete with foreign countries, the main reason is the lack of core technology. The reactor is the integration of static vessel and rotating equipment, according to the reaction conditions. In general, the reactor is composed of a tank, a jacket, a stirrer and a transmission device, seal device and accessories etc. So the main structure of the reactor and the configuration of accessories are designed. The feeding operating, the process of reaction and discharging can complete the preset steps in a high degree of automation, strict control of important parameters including the reaction temperature, pressure, concentration of reactant and product etc. In this paper, the design and research have been done as follows. (1) The geometric design of each part of the reactor according to volume calculation and strength verification and so on. (2) Based on the dimension of the design, the 3D modeling of the parts of the reactor are carried out using the three-dimensional software, and that is the conceptual design. (3) Using the 2D design software to make the reactor’s engineering drawing (in general, assembly drawing and detail drawings), and that’s detailed design.
